Light for the Path
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”Psalm 119:105
Have you ever walked a dark path with only a flashlight? It doesn’t light up the whole road at once — just the next step or two. But that’s enough. You take a step, and the light moves with you, revealing the next.
That’s how God so often works. We want Him to floodlight the whole journey, but He gives us a lamp for our feet — just enough light for the step in front of us. And He asks us to trust Him for the rest.
Wherever you are today, you don’t have to see the whole road. You only have to take the next faithful step in the light He’s given. He will not let your foot slip, and He will not lead you anywhere His grace cannot keep you.
